Let food be your medicine

I always knew that systemising my diet was a key to being and feeling healthy. Despite going to the gym everyday, my diet was pretty poor. I used to cook "semi healthy" food that contained lots of dairy and grains.

I knew I needed a system for myself that combined natural, healthy and wholesome foods that were tasty, cooked fresh, convenient and contained no processed ingredients.

So 3.5 years ago I decided to create Paleo Pots.

Soon after that, I got approached by Crossfit Glasgow to provide paleo meals for their athletes. Having 8 years of experience in the catering industry, I grabbed the opportunity and could not believe how many customers were ordering my meals. Soon the word spread and private customers started contacting me. Receiving great feedback from the customers only wanted me to succeed more.  Now we serve between 200-300 meals a week and haven’t had a single week in which we didn’t have more customers than we did the week before.
